Air Fried Greek Chicken Bowl Recipe & Macros

Hope you're having a fab Thursday! I’ve got a lil' sneak peek into my upcoming nutrition guide inside Flowness Club, but first, I have to share this new, tasty recipe I whipped up while filming for YouTube. Here’s my super practical greek chicken bowl recipe with macros:

For the chicken:

  • 150g chicken thigh (raw weight)

  • 2 tbsp (53g) Greek yoghurt

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp oregano & smoked paprika

Instructions:

  • Marinate for 5-20 mins for best taste

  • Air fry at 200 degrees for 6-9 mins

Serve with:

  • 2 handfuls shredded lettuce

  • 140g Basmati rice (half pack microwave rice, take out of the plastic and microwave in a bowl)

  • Chopped cucumber

  • Chopped tomatoes

  • Tzatziki sauce (3 tbsp Greek yoghurt and grated cucumber)

  • Optional sauces for on top: sriracha, balsamic glaze

Macros for whole thing:

  • Cals: 487

  • Protein: 40g

  • Carbs: 39g

  • Fat: 19g
