My Top Tips in a Nutshell đŸ„œ

  • Caloric Balance: Keep a moderate calorie deficit (250-500 calories/day). Going too low might make you lose muscle too. Balance is key!

  • Protein Power: Make sure you’re getting enough protein for muscle growth and repair. Every meal should include a good protein source.

  • Whole Foods: Focus on nutrient-dense foods, less processed, and more home-cooked meals.

  • Strength Training: Lift those weights! Incorporate strength training with higher rep ranges for muscle growth.

  • Cardio Combo: Mix steady-state cardio (like walking) with higher-intensity sessions.

  • Split Training: Train major muscle groups separately. Dedicate days to shoulders, triceps, back, biceps, etc.

  • Sleep: Get those zzz’s! Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep every night to keep your hormones happy and your energy levels high.
