I’ve lost a quite few kgs recently and my body is in it’s best shape since last year…
I just wanted to share a few things that made such a big difference in my recent weight loss and body shape journey:
Lifting to Failure: Pushing every set to the max. This took my muscle growth to a new level.
Consistency & Structure: Stuck to a structured program—consistency really does pay off! (You can grab mine in Flowness Club)
Tracking Sleep: Monitored my sleep with my Apple Watch. Quality sleep = better recovery.
Meal Prep & Whole Foods: Prepped meals ahead and ditched the processed stuff. Real food, real results.

I’ve been training with my girlies and doing a daily Act of Flowness all last month in our new challenge, here’s what Zoey wrote in the group yesterday:
“…This is the first community I’ve been in where I feel I’ve met my tribe. I just love this space and its energy 💕.”
