  1. Start with Self-Care:

    • Brush teeth, wash your face, and do your skincare. 🧖‍♀️

    • SPF and moisturiser are a must. 💦

  2. Get Dressed for Success:

    • Put on your gym gear right away. Choose colours that lift your mood. 🎽✨

  3. Fuel Your Mind:

    • Listen to an uplifting podcast, audiobook or some music while you get ready. 🎧

    • Keep it light and positive to match your morning vibe. 🌈

  4. Journaling & Gratitude:

    • Write down 3 things you're grateful for. 🙏

    • Set intentions for how you want to feel today. ✍️

    • Quick brain dump of any worries or stresses to clear your mind. 💭

  5. Breathe & Meditate:

    • 5-10 minutes of guided meditation or breath work to center yourself. 🧘‍♀️

  6. Quick Pre-Workout Snack:

    • A small, easy-to-digest snack if you’re training, like a corn cake with peanut butter and banana. 🍌

  7. Hit the Gym:
