How I Turn Oats into 33g Protein with No Powder?
Love Your Gut and Gain Muscle in a Healthy Way
I recently shared this protein oats on my instagram and if you’re looking to boost your protein intake and support your gut health, this one’s for you. It’s so quick and easy to make and you’ll have a delicious high protein meal ready in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
40g oats
115ml milk
130g egg white (3 egg whites)
2 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao)
2 tsp flaxseed
1/2 banana (40g, very ripe & mashed/blended)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
40g blueberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions:
Microwave the oats, milk, and egg whites together.
Add the cocoa powder, flaxseed, banana, sea salt, cottage cheese, blueberries, and peanut butter. Mix well.

Carbs: 52.7g
