Current faves and hyper fixations 😂 nothing against protein powder, but it is always good to get as much protein from wholefoods.
These are so easy and perfect for busier weeks when you’re on autopilot, they save so much time having to think what you’re eating next especially when you’re having to think about hitting your macro goals, etc!

These meals are high in protein and balanced with carbs and fats. Make me feel good from the inside out ✨
🌱Greens water with vitamins (before coffee always)
🤍Frothy coffee
🤍Egg and egg white with toasted pitta, avocado, asparagus, turkey bacon
🤍Beef burrito bowl (can you tell I was in a rush with the presentation😂 let’s keep it real anyway!) with red cabbage, rice cottage cheese, sweet potatoes, and broccoli
🤍Matcha with whole milk
🤍Cajun Chicken nourish bowl with taco beans, chopped tomatoes, broccoli, sweet potato
🤍Frozen yogurt with pistachio sauce, chocolate peanuts, and granola 😮💨
